Pools in Tempe, AZ?

I'm headed to Tempe this weekend - can anyone recommend a pool I can go to near downtown? Ideally, a 50m outdoor pool in the sun, but I'll take anything.

SwimRadar is an awesome app for your phone too. I use it alot when traveling. It will find you all the pools nearby based off your location with details and info on them all.

ASU pool was open to public when I was there. Also swam at the Lifetime Fitness in Tempe and Gilbert, which isn't too far.

I went to the Tempe YMCA when I was there over the holidays. It was an outdoor 25M pool.

Depending where you are, City of Scottsdale pools are pretty good and close to some parts of Tempe. I know I swam in one of them when I was spectating collegiate nationals one year; it was a quick bike ride over there from my hotel in Tempe and was the closest pool with public access for a reasonable amount.

@ChristineCogger if you do stop by my alma mater, be sure to say 'hi' to coach Cliff English... ya know?
