I failed hard. COVID didn't help, and I had 2 weeks to prepare a presentation for an interview for pretty much a dream job (interview was Monday and did not go great). I'm a sack of turd. Trying to get back some fitness and self-respect this month. Ugh.

Good job to everyone who is not a sack of shit!

I managed 19 hours of running. Would have been closer to my goal if I could stay healthy as I lost 6 running days with calf issues. Now I'm starting March with a sore back (and no idea what I did to it). Getting old sucks. Feeling optimistic for March though, 31 hours of running. Book it.

I skied 3 times. 1 x XC before the rain melted our snow, and 2x downhill. I also spent a week in Cancun floating in a private pool in the room. Most importantly, my not-yet-ex-wife is starting to crack, so my divorce is finally moving forward and I should be seeing my kids more.

I completely failed at exercise, but mental health is important too. Becoming happier helped me reduce my donut intake by 70%, resulting in a 2 kg reduction in body fat.

Workoutwise, I'm right on track. Foodwise, I was down a couple of lbs until a trip to Charleston last week. Now I'm back to where I started Feb 1.

l made it four days without a drink to start the month, which is double last time. New job and selling my old business put paid to any fitness goals. Starting up again now.

Meh. I didn't have as much discipline as I had hoped with calorie hyper-vigilance but managed it more often than I failed so not a total blow out. Another 4 lbs lost. 44h of training, even with the calf strain. Possibly more dry days than @Martin

I can't even remember what the challenge was... obviously I failed it.
