I would like to know, how long did these 4 athletes have the tunnel for? were they all together or how did it work with a group of athletes ?

@Zach Miller Each person has 2 hour blocks of testing. Thomas tested Wednesday night, Kirsty on Thursday morning and Matt and David were there Friday. They rotate about every 21/2 hours. Test for 2 hours and 30 min to get athletes switched over.

@FastCat1107 gotcha, did any of the athletes think 2 hours was not enough time for the testing? obviously they all would of wanted more time for sure, but is 2 hours just too short?

2 hours is actually a good amount of time to test different positions, gear and textiles.

@Zach Miller I would have liked additional time. Testing time constraints really come down to 1) how dialed your position already is coming into the tunnel and 2) how much gear you are interested in trying. For example, I spent about 4 runs on simply going lower and narrowing on the front-end and 7 runs alone testing just helmets. I only had 18 runs total. I would have liked to have spend more time on bottle set-ups and potentially race kits.

what type of gear does the tunnel have to try out? @maggieru for me and I am sure many age groups, we have 1 of everything so hard to try out different helmets, gear, suits and those things

There are a ton of helmets at the tunnel, some of them are no longer relevant. Lots of adjustable stems, bars, there are wheels there (for instance I'm too lazy to bring my front wheel when I test and just borrow one). For the most part though if you have something specific you want to test, you should bring it with the exception of helmets. But I'd inquire to make sure they have the helmet you want to test.
